shoes

Any recommendations on some comfy tennis shoes for a pregnant lady on her feet all day? My feet have been killing me all week! I know it's a part of pregnancy, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to try some better shoes or maybe those insert thingys?

I had my twins the first of June and had a lot of swelling. I lived in sandles and ballet flats. And to help with swelling you can try cool Epsom salt in a bucket and soak them for a.while. if you are close to the beach,  ocean water helps a ton as well. Keep feet elevated as often as you can and enjoy those pedicures.. .

I know they are expensive (well they are here) but i brought a pair of adidas all stars before i got pregnant and they are so comfortable! I havent had to buy any other shoes my whole pregnancy and im now 32 weeks. Hope this helps :)

I wear sandals a lot and its either Rainbows or Pumas and for sneakers its Dansko they also have clogs too. They definitely help me with the ache (not the swelling) and Dansko are VERY cushiony not the most stylish but I have a few cute pairs! Definitely worth taking a look into it.

Hope this helps :)
