So every time I take a shower I feel sick I feel nauseous like Im gonna pass out but when I get out I feel fine. ?. Anyone else??

I had the same but it was when I took a bath I had low blood pressure anyway and felt dizzy most of the time I had to have someone in the bathroom with me at all times

I take cold water bottles in there with me, had do to this even before i was pregnant

Lower the water temp and I found it made meiI'll to shower in the mornings. So I had to at night

I have that now too!! Its the water is too hot. Its lower your blood pressure. Use cooler water.

Hot water can make you dizzy by dropping your blood pressure. If you get to the point where you feel very nauseous and really hot (flushed in the face) lay down on your right side. Nausea and a hot sensation are usually what people experience right before they faint.

I used to get dizzy but now I drink a bottle of water before because I take a jaccuzzi bubble bath than take a shower and if you still get dizzy turn the water down some :) just be very careful. You dont want to faint or hurt yourself.

Yes the water is too hot and making your blood pressure drop. Been there and even passed out! Take colder showers and drink cold water before and after.

I do! Plus my daughter kicks the sh.it out of me every time I shower... She is bossy lol
