IM 35weeks and 2days I have heard a few things about it doing it for a hour after birth have any of you or plan on it

I did skin to skin with both my kids and I plan on doing it with this baby too.

I did skin to skin with my daughter pretty much the whole time we were in the hospital.  After we got home I did it when she breastfed.  It was really cool to see her react to my skin. I loved the experience and plan on doing with baby #2.

I live in KY and they call it kangaroo time in the hospitals. All moms Must spend an hour after baby is checked & clean unless you refuse. It Brings up body temp and helps bonding.

I did it for I believe 20 minutes or so.

I did it w all mine nd especially during breast feeding I made sure to get skin to skin every day for atleast an hr for the 1st six weeks sumtimes longer
