smoked ham?

I know i cant eat bologna and uncooked sushi but can i have smoked ham from the deli section? Ive been eating it lately along with mustard because it has become a huge craving. Someone please tell me yes.

I worked at subway when I was pregnant with my son and ate it everyday. You will be just fine.

nah I think your fine.  I've had subway more time then I should and my doctor didn't get mad at me.  I even eat bologne too.  just start heating it up cause I heard it cause listeria

I've been eating ham, I'm ten Weeks. just got to be limited on it I think as it's processed normally. most foods they say you can't really eat are safe.in moderation. I am trying to eat as normal as possible so babies get used to everything. If they don't like it then it will make me ill. Just making sure I stay away from foods that you can not eat at all like pate

Ive already ate a good ton of pieces already not heated, do you think it would hurt me sinceive already ate a good amount?

you can but heat it up to a good temperature.  the heat kills any bacteria
