It could be the baby moving and poking ur muscles. Could be tightening of ur uterus. Very possible its the way ur babies positioned right now. I would give it a day or so and see if it goes away. You could have strained ur muscles during bowling and maybe the baby moved and ur just now feeling the soreness. You definitely use ur ab muscles while bowling. If it doesn't get better id just call the advice nurse. I know of a few wonen that have got hernias during pregnancy but usually theres a bulge with the feeling ur describing. Try not to worry too much.

I don't think I strained anything..I went bowling 2 days ago (after my dr said it was fine) but I was fine until about 10 minutes ago...I'm 30 weeks 2 days...its not an awful pain its just kinda sore...and just at the bottom of my stomach.

Did u strain ur muscles?  Some heavy lifting or stretched the wrong way? How far long are u? I get that feeling in my hip bones and legs but not in my tummy. How long has this been going on? Its very hard to determine with knowing some more detail....
