What can i do to put me into labor at 37 weeks

Talk to your doctor about it... But I would wait until 38 weeks so that your baby lungs will be fully developed.

Your babies lungs are the last thing to develop. I would practice patience instead of trying to force labor. Just bc u have a due date doesn't mean anything bc they are just guesses. There's a reason a doctor won't intervene until at least 40 weeks

Walking. Sex. Spicy foods. Pineapple. Nipple stimulation. I tried most of these with my daughter and she was still 6 days over due. Unless your baby and body is ready nothing can make them come. Is there a reason you want your baby out at 37 weeks? Your baby really should stay cooking for as long as possible.

Sex, sperm softens the cervix, your orgasm brings contractions as well as nipple arousal. That's what my midwife suggests.
