I haven't spotted AT ALL this pregnancy but just noticed I did lightly today. Nothing has changed and I haven't done anything different. Is this normal? Should I call the doctor?

Light spotting and am a little crampy which ive felt on and off for most of my pregnancy.... My doctors office is closed so I cab call in the morning but wasn't sure if I needed to be more worried :/
