spd/pgp anyone else suffering?

I'm 17+2 ftm and for last 4 weeks hip and back pain has been getting worse and worse. yesterday morning I went to midwife appointment, 25min walk there and back, and was in agony walking home. Didn't really move of the sofa until 11pm. still in pain now after barely sleeping last night due to the pain. got docs appointment today. just can't believe how much I am suffering after doing so little. I'm so upset, I'm usually such an active person, I normally walk to and from my work in a shop where I am assistant manager and am on my feet 9 hours a day happily. luckily I have been signed of work the last few weeks for other reasons anyway. just wondered if anyone is suffering like this? Feel like I'm going mad stuck in the house unwilling to do anything cos it all hurts :-(

My back is always killing me 17 weeks Saturday. a heating pad can help a lot but there's not much you can do about it and walking back and forth in town can really make you suffer driving will defiantly help a lot. you may be pushing your body too far its already working triple what it normal does.
