squats???

Have any of you ladies tried squats to make your bottom bigger does it really work???..

If u already gave birth than Do squats with weight, u can also use ankles weights (in moderation ofcourse) and work that lower body,the better definition the more proportionate you'll get

If you haven't gave birth yet then don't worry obviously is going to appear less perkier than before due to the fact that your belly is growing and growing. After you give birth, start working on your lower body and you'll see results

i am a personal trainer and i truly dislike how some people give hope with squats and let me tell you something squats will help you tone, lift and roundness....it will not make your booty fat looking like some females are hoping . I had quite a few clients come to me looking for a bigger booty but i always keep it real, if you have no *** to begin with then the results you will get with weight squats would be very minimal and you would have to work hard to actually see results, not an overnight thing.

Speaking from experience, body weight squats don't help much, but using a barbell with moderate weight does! Not sure if that's safe during pregnancy though. And you do have to make sure you're doing them properly. Find someone who has plenty weight lifting experience to help, even if you only do body weight squats. I have a big butt as it is, but when I started weight lifting I couldn't fit in my jeans anymore, and my yoga pants got so tight my friends were commenting on the color of my panties!

Also when u do squats focus on pushing up from your heel not ur toes works on your back leg muscles

Corn bread and potatoes:) and if u do squats its best to do more weight less reps because more reps less weight make u burn ur good fats and when u increase the weight ur making your muscle grow :)also when u squat squeeze ur bumms to trigger your bun muscles: ) im a huge gym and weight junkie ***** how i had to stop its worth it tho :)

Try elliptical machine. It takes time to get a result. My husband loves working out so before I got pregnant he would drag me to the gym w/him. He's like my personal trainer haha

Eat lots of chicken! Also squats help lift and firm your butt. Try to jog or run too.

Squats are to tighten, lift, and tone, your butt and thighs.  I guess you can say the lifting will cause it to be a little bigger, (less saggy), and firmer.
