Is the passion tea from Starbucks bad to drink while pregosss ?????
Lol. Passion tea is caffeine free. So you can have as much as you like. Black tea should be drank in moderation and green tea as well given it has some caffeine and also should be drank opposite of your prenatals. Since it affect the absorption of folic acid.
IDK why not? You are allowed to drink some caffeine. Just don't overdo it. My doctor suggests no more than 30 oz of coffee a day. If your concerned, discuss it with your doctor or midwife.
