I'm 38 weeks and I try to get an hour of cardio in a day at least 4 days a week and I lift light weights. For cardio I walk, ride the stationary bike and swim.

I've been on bed rest so I haven't been able to work out much. I'm 39 weeks so now working out is a lot hard lol but I usually go for a walk everyday, about half a mile (less if I'm too sore from pelvic pain) and I also use an exercise ball for about 2 hours a day (just lightly bouncing and moving my hips in circles, it really helps my back and pelvic pain), I also do squats. I can't wait to be done being pregnant so I can go back to the gym and get back in shape haha. Just be careful with what you do, if you over do it you can cause preterm labor

Hey I haven't been exercising im 21 weeks but I want to start so I talked to my nurse practitioner about it and she says walking, swimming, and squats are okay as long as you dont run out of breath because that starts taking oxygen from the baby but if your body is already use to exercising then you can continue to do it as long as you dont get short of breath.
