Try the BRAT diet. ( helps quezy tummy s due to anything. Dr told me about it and its an awesome name lol) its bread, rice, apples and toast ( all bland tho)
Drink plenty of water you wanna make sure you don't become dehydrated,hope you feel better soon !!
I've had it 4 times this pregnancy! I work at a high school so I get all their germs. Stay hydrated & try to eat bland things like toast, rice, chicken. Even a little is better than nothing.

I had it two times this season my son had it 3 times....I was about 13w just drink plenty water it only lasted 24 hrs
