Does a 8 Oz redbull every now and then harm any? I'm about 5 weeks and work early mornings and need a boost of energy.

I drank the monster coffee drinks with my second baby about 1 a day or every other day and she was just fine. I've had a few of those with this one too but haven't had any red bulls. I think as long as its not more than one that it would be fine but I'm not completely sure

Ok thank you. I'm new to all this and wasn't real sure. I just didn't wanna drink anything but water and powerade until I was extremely sleepy this morning and being so early in the pregnancy I didn't want to harm anything.

A red bull wont hurt just drink plenty of water through out your day. And fruits ,veggies thatll be good energy . My coworker craved monsters and she woukd drink them often and her baby is fine . But remember We're all different so try to switch to the healthy side (:

I saw where it said you can have 200 mg of caffeine a day and a small redbull only has 80 mg but wasn't sure it the other ingredients would harm any this early in a pregnancy.

I wouldn't do it if I'm being honest.
Try taking your prenatal vitamin in the morning, I started taking them Monday (found out I was pregnant Sunday) and I find it helps with my nausea and gives me a little boost, but don't get me wrong, by 3pm I'm ready for a nap, lol. But hey, that's me on a normal day haha. I have low iron, and that can cause drowsiness
