mild cramps
I am having mild cramps at the moment they last few seconds than they go away. I'm 31+4 could be braxton hicks or what? Its my first pregnancy and I'm a little scared should I be worried? I don't want to go to sleep just in case I go into early labor.
How many times has it happened in the last hour? If it's more than 4 then you need to go into l&d (the hour beginning when your first pain started)
