surprise!
Hey guys! Yesterday was my birthday and the day that I found out thst pregnant! I so excited.. Any tips or advi e u guys can give me?!?
Congratulations! That sure is a fun birthday present. Just stay busy. My best advice---- keep exercising. I stopped with my first baby during my first trimester. I was silly and thought I was so fragile, lol. I worked my whole pregnancy but didn't go tot he gym anymore. It was harder to take the baby weight off after that and I didn't feel as good during my next pregnancy when I exercised throughout. And baby weight came off easier.
