swollen

I woke up this morning extremely swollen. Not just my feet... But everywhere. I don't have a freakin doctor, because my insurance is screwing with me. But, is there anything I should be worrying about... And anything I dmcan do to prevent this.

Also, been having.. Contractions.. Or it could be Braxton Hicks... Idk. But they're terrible when I walk more than 20mins.  :(
I'm 33weeks Thursday... And I've been told by few, that I've dropped. +.+ oh jeez

Yes check your blood pressure before anything. Relax before you check it though if you worked up it will be higher then normal. If it high wait 10 minutes and check it again if still high head on in. I just went threw this on friday. I put a post up close to this and everyone told me it was pre clampsia I freaked out was crying and went Into the er. They said BP was good and urine was great. It must of just been something I ate or just a flare up.

Yes, if it's 140/90 sit down, put yout feet up and chill out and then take it again. If its still high and your still swollen give your dr a call.

Ohhhh... So, rather than scare myself, just go check my blood pressure before anything? Because I wanna go in, but I just got a temporary medicaid approval.. Til I get my card, but idk. I DONT HAVE a specific doc. (I know I'm terrible. Bad situation)

And I've done good so far in the pregnancy, that I haven't freaked out over anything.. I read to relax, and go smoothly with decisions.

So, first step... Check my blood pressure? If its high... Go in?

If you have a way to get your blood pressure checked do that. That is a big sign of pre eclampsia is high bp. Swelling is normal towards the end of pregnancy it could be you ate salty food, hot weather walking alot etc. But if you worried I would definitely go in better safe then sorry good luck!

I know that insurances like medicaid will date back and take care of past hospital visits if you aren't covered by them right now.

If you are swollen everywhere you.might need to go in anyways because that's a sign of preeclampsia which is very serious for you and your baby. If anything you should go check your blood pressure at a pharmacy and if it's high you need to go in asap.
