taken antibiotics
hi, im 22 years old..
doctor prescribed 500mg antibiotic 3 times a day for 7 days for my UTI last March. 25.
I supposed to have period last march 22, but it didnt came. got breast tenderness for almost 2 weeks so i took (pregnancy) test. and its positive!
Im so happy right now, but the thing bothering me is that, the antibiotic i take may affect my baby? hope someone can help me..thanks

Yeah dont stress about it. They prescribe me antibiotic twice when i got pregnant and had UTI and doctor told me it was safe for baby. Good luck at ur appointment. Congratulations.

It shouldnt affect ur baby...they actually prescribe the same antibiotics during pregnancy. Take care
