Eat lots of kiwifruit. Im 9wks 2days and have the same problem! I eat 2-3 small kiwifruit a day and I can usually go semi regularly. A day without and then its 3 days before I go again and its hard and sore
Honestly everything is all out of wack during pregnancy , so your bowel habits change frequently , even diarrhea is common. All 3 of my pregnancies I never had "normal" bath room habits. It's a combo of hormones, baby squishing everything, stress, vitamins.. Etc .. Just talk to your dr if your concerned
Folic acid will definitely Constipate you. And it's normal for symptoms like your to come and go, I'd talk to your Dr about it and see what you can do.
