tests during pregnancy
I had a blood test at around 9 weeks pregnant and an ultrasound at 24 weeks to check the baby. But I feel like I should have more tests, or that there is more tests. Should o have had another blood test or anything?
Usually around 26-28wks you have the glucose tolerance test. My dr also checks iron and thyroid function at 28wks. At about 34-36wks they do the group b strep swab and they may also do a urine test to screen you for preeclampsia if they think you are at risk.
Im only 17 weeks and have had 3 ultra sounds and did blood work once and a pap smear once.
