You should still try the bicarbonate sodium i looked it up online and it seem to help it also said the if the baby had the rash due to thrush in his mouth that you could also put it there, look it up maybe it could help you
If its too bad it could be a little painful but other then that you should call the pediatrician and they will prescribe Nystatin oral supplement and the cream for if it gets too bad and he gets a rash but if its not too bad just mix a teaspoon of bicarbonate sodium in a cup of water and after every feeding clean his mouth and put some on your breast if you breastfeed that way the infection wont be back and foward from you and the baby
Nope not at all. If you have thrush whilst giving birth the baby can get it in there mouths, but it's not dangerous x
