to work or rest

I am a overnight rn on a medsurge floor which is a high stress, active environment to work...2 months ago i strained my sacral iliac and groin leaving me still with sharp groin pain and a chiropractor visit weekly that has helped the other strain but not much they can do about the groin..anywho due to this injury and being 31 weeks 5 days with my 3rd child i am left between a hard rock and a stone. We cant afford for me to take maternity leave early but i am sleep deprived and in constant pain throughout the night because the injury plus this being my third child has lead to extreme pressure in my pelvis from the babies head..i dont stress it too much to the dr because i cant afford to go on leavr like previously mentioned but now the physical aspect is affecting me emtionally..not sure how to handle it all..any tipd?

I was put on light duty for a week only because the injury was during work.. they won't provide me any light duty positions for pregnancy issues.. they only have paid medical leave if you originally applied for it at employment which I was naive and did not want to pay the extra at that time so did not sign up. I can call off and be safe due to fmla but have to use my own sick time which obviously is not enough.
