Is there any tricks to getting the baby to move

I lay down and then  turn over she usually moves. When I stretch she moves. Oh when I drink a pineapple n banana slush she moves a lot.

Eat sweets or drink Apple or orange juice.

Just be aware of your caffeine intake, too much will cause problems for the baby. Laying on your side and resting your hand on your stomach should make baby squirm, but since your only 21 weeks it might not, might have to wait a few more weeks hun.

You can drink caffeine.     I poke my belly lol, or walk for a little then laydown and he'll start moving like crazy

Talking to your baby, drinking cold water , sometimes even just rubbing your belly, depends on how far along though , before like 28 weeks I couldn't get her to move only when she wanted to, now I'm 40 weeks and she won't stop

How far along r u ? And I'm 32 weeks all I really need to do is eat anything with alot of protein , peanut butter works great or orange juice , music or light
