So.much.water. Really. Water helps your body get rid of excess instead of storing it elsewhere. Always consult weight loss while pregnant with your Dr. I suggest a diet high in vegetables and lean meats and fish. Try to walk after meals. Avoid pasta, breads, frozen foods, and starches (potatos). Good luck
Just eat healthy lots of fruit and especially veggies. Drink only water. And for veggies I drink the low sodium v8 veg juice. And walk a lot at least 30 mins a day. And don't over eat you aren't eating for two you're eating for 1 + a tiny fish haha
