i know that my doctor said that one or the other was better i think he said tums was fine in moderation (like dont pop 10 a day..or 5 at a time) but to stay away from Rolaids...i cant remember the reasoning on it..something to do with to much magnesium or calcium i believe.

yes my Dr said it's fine.. But had me get something a lil stronger over the counter.. I can not think of the name of it right now...shame on me..

It's fine. You can also take Zantac while pregnant. Those were my best friend, especially later in pregnancy.
