ultrasound findings

can you please tell me the meaning of this ultrasound findings of my pregnancy.

Findings:
The uterus is anteverted measuring 7.8 x 5.4 x 5.6 cm., with an intrauterine gestational sac, of 0.5 cm., compatible with 4 weeks 3 days predicted age og gestation.

The right ovary measures 3.6 x 2.1 cm and the left measures 3.0 x 2.0 cm.

Minimal cul-de-sac fluid noted.

Conclusion:
Anembryonic intrauterine gestational sac, of about 4 weeks 3 days aog by
MSD. Close follow-up recommended
normal sonogram of both ovaries.

hi what they found a baby sac at 4 weeks gone thats very early
they didnt find mine till 7 weeks atleast
sorry i cannot be no more help
i dont know what the measurments mean but i did miscarry due to baby not growing in the sac there was notihng in there
im sure your ok have you googled it ?

I had the same findings with one of my pregnancy, it wasnt until 9 weeks they were able to see the baby, she is now 11 months old. I had multiple scans. You are really early, and some babies develop alot slower than others. I wouldnt worry too much at this point, easier said than done.
