The only reason I had an early ultrasound was because I went to the hospital .. they gave me a sonagram at 12 weeks for first trimester screening and making sure my baby didn't have any abnormalities and now I'm getting one on Monday for my anatomy scan .. they won't give you one at 9 weeks unless they think something is wrong

Depends on the doctor. Some doctors will and some won't. I didn't have my appointment until I was 11 weeks but I had a vaginal ultrasound and was able to hear my babies' heartbeats.

No. When you go they will give you vitamins and they will schedule you one for maybe a few weeks to a month away.
