upset stomach, chills and diarreah?

Ok, so paranoid me again!  For the past 5 days I've had mild cramping off and on, nothing too severe.  Last night I was just a bucket of nerves thinking about what i'd do if I lost this baby (and i'm only 5 weeks!).  I ended up getting such an upset stomach and back ache that I had to, ahem, use the restroom twice.  When I woke up this morning, I had no cramping whatsoever until a few hours later and now the upset stomach will come and go like i'm going to need to use the bathroom, but subside very quickly.  The cramping is back, not constant and even milder than it has been.  I will get the backache every once in a while though, when that stomach ache acts up again.  Does this sound like anything I should be concerned with?  I have some Tums now so maybe that is what is helping.

Stomache pains is usually gas. Im sure you know the difference between uterine cramps and stomache aches.... I often had a gassy stomache -just from being prego, and had many stomache aches. Good Luck! As long as the pain isnt severe you shouldnt worry

Dnt worry it's your uterus stretching :-) your toilet runs sound like nerves lol I get that when I'm really nervous too, hehe

the cramping is a usual symptom, im 17 weeks and still get it. i get an upset stomach too when im nervous/ anxious. just try to drink 6-8 glasses of water daily, to keep you rehydrated. if you experience severe pain or bleeding, phone your midwife. congrats
