using bleach?

My doctor told me not to use bleach. I use in when washing dishes and mopping. It would be really difficult not to. I have been using about 1/2 capful when washing dishes daily. Do I really have to giveit up?

Is there a window by the sink you could open? That would make it well ventilated :)

If you have a well ventilated kitchen you should be fine, but I will tell you that half a capful for a sunlike of dishes is too much! I work in food services and health inspectors ask us to wash dishes in front of them and they told me to use a capful, but keep in mind I use an industrial sized sink, which is easily ten times the size of a regular kitchen sink. All you need in a kitchen sink is literally the tiniest splash. Bleach is really strong!
