Try getting a harness or a pinch collar. They look dangerous but are safer than choke collars. (Which can cause damage to the trachea) it only pinches when they pull and you'd only have to put it on her when walking her. You can also try treats when she walks calmly. Good luck, hope i helped some(:
I had a bull terrier & A pitbull they were both necio always tugging & pulling when walking. Tbh it not a good idea because when they pull you will start cramping badly & it's hard to get them to calm down. You can give it a try maybe down the street see how she does.
Thank you ladies I'll talk about it with my husband he'll probably want to get a collar that can help he hates that I don't want her but he also understands y I'm scared to do it
I've got a pit, I just put a spiked choker collar on him to walk him during pregnancy and he was fine!
I have a very strong male pit. We got him a pinch collar and it works great. The real trick is to hold them close so they know you are in control and you don't want them to pull. Good luck dear

Not wanting a dog because of poor training is a horrible thing. It's not the dogs fault it doesn't walk on a lease. If trained the right way ANY dog can be waked. I have a husky (she's born to pull) and she walks perfectly fine on a leash. I'm almost 30 weeks and I can control her without any pulling. It's not the dogs fault.
She gets exercise we have a back yard with plenty of room I just figure she gets bored of just the back yard and the house so I wanted to take her out
And I do want her that was supposed to say he hates that I don't walk her
If your pit is friendly, like how mine is, I would go with your husband to the dog park as often as you can. I don't go by myself because dogs fight occasionally & I'm too pregnant to pull another dog off mine. My little pit is so sweet but the other day this other dog would not stop targeting her & my man had to pull the other dog off twice because the owner wasn't doing anything. I was on the other side of the fence. Plus dogs can knock you over in there but my pitloves the dog park, she has so much fun!!
Yea she's very friendly that's y I don't like walking her alone she wants to play with all the dogs she sees but because she is a pit and people swear she's a horrible dog people won't let her near their dogs or them so she pulls herself to try and play and I live in dallas most dog parks don't allow pits at least not in my area of dallas
Walk away lovely. Invest in a hulti. Its a device that the dog wares on its head. It is 100% safe and animal cruelty free ( they are recommended buy the animal protection agency here in australia ) it will help you teach her how to walk on a nice lose lead ( not puling at the end of it ).
