walking.

I'm 40w and 3d. How many of u ladies actually walked throughout your pregnancy. I walked none. Does it or will it make a difference. Now I'm starting to have lower back pain every 30 mins. Didn't sleep much last night. Took a hot bath. Nothin is changing but the pain. So did walking actually help u or is that jus another way to past time. Cause I'm not a big fan of walking

I walked to jump start labor. It was the only way the hospital would keep me. I walked for about an hr... And I fell to my knees when it started. If you walk... Don't go far and have someone close. Luckily a Dr found me and I made it fine but it was really scary

I had to walk right up until I gave birth with my last pregnancy as we only had one car and I had to take my children to school. It was hard work and wiped me out. I'll be resting a lot more during the last few weeks of this pregnancy.
