Hey fellow moms, is it normal that I'm 23 weeks pregnant and haven't gained a single pound but has lost 8lbs instead?

I had lost around 8 lbs in the beginning, but you should be gaining by your 3rd trimester. So don't worry, you'll def. Crave more at 30 wks :) and the dr. Will for sure let you know if ur weight is bad or good♡

Same here, I lost weight in the beginning & my doctor told me to take those Ensure protein shakes, those actually helped me alot!

Thanks moms, I was beginning to get worried cos my doctor said by my next appointment I should have gained about 5lbs and eating is a really big challenge for me right now

I barely started to gain weight I'm 20 weeks and I've gained 2 lbs after loosing 8

Yes im 29 weeks pregnant and i havent gained anything the entire prgnancy except what i lost and i juat got that back two weeks ago

I'm 12w 4d and I haven't gained weight I lost 2lbs my appetite has been weird there's days I'm hungry while other I have to force myself to eat.

Im only 13 weeks n lost 5 pounds :( doctors told me it can be like that at the beginning but at the end we all gain weight
