weight loss

I have lost weight only 3lbs but i havent really been to hungry.  When i had my morning sickness i was eating alot more but now since its gone i havent been eating much.  Im afraid the baby wont grow properly, ive been trying to eat foods high in protein and good fat but it doesnt seem to be working.  Could i of lost weight from being sick?  I had a cold and im battling the last of it.  Are there any good diets or foods i can eat to help with my weight?  I was 122 and now i weigh 119 and im 13w4d.   Babys heartbeat is strong and stable hasnt fluctuated at all 150bpm everytime my doc has checked.

Weight loss is completely normal.
Your baby will take from you what it needs, so make sure you eat a wide variety of foods.  If you focus too much on one thing, you may start to get low on something else.  Thats why doctors suggest taking prenatals.  Not for the baby, for you. As long as your doctor is happy with your progress you are okay :-).  I lost 15lbs by week 20 btw, I'm 37 weeks now and baby is great :-)
