what food should i eat and should i avoid during pregnancy since i have thyroid disease and UTI?
I'm 4 weeks pregnant, but I'm not seeing a doctor for consultations yet, due to lacking of funds.
Right now my thyroid disease isn't cured that's why I'm a bit worried with the foods I am eating. Like i said, I'm not yet seeing a doctor for consultations so i don't know what are the foods that i must avoid and i can only eat.
I hope Doctors from this site can help me with my concern. I will continuously check this site for as I am expecting answers from you guys...

SALAMAT!!! (Thank You!!!)
GOD BLESS US ALL!!!

I agree with the other girls. Keep yourself hydrated and even try to fit in any type of exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. Even a brisk walk will do your body good. Exercise is supposed to help with Thyroid. But a woman that is pregnant with thyroid disease should be on watch from their doctor. I think you'd need your levels checked....there are risks and complications to your baby when you aren't under care. It's priority.

You need to see a Dr for the UTI only antibiotics can take care of that. You don't want it to get worse and go into your kidneys.

I don't know anything about a thyroid disorder so I'm not sure if there is a special diet for that or not. I know that in pregnancy you are not to eat Deli meat unless heated up and no soft cheeses. Limit the amount of seafood specially tuna and salmon.

HI, Praise the LORD!, The things you should eat during pregnacy is lots of fruits and vegetables, Do not eat alot of greasy or fatty foods they can cause gall stones in your gall bladder. Also I recommend drinking cranberry juice for your UTI, and eating dry cranberry fruit. (yummy). I am sorry about your thyroid but you believe in our FATHER IN HEAVEN and HE is our healer. GOD bless you and your baby. God will heal you!
