Unfortunately pain and blood, red blood, heavy enough to fill a panty liner an hour, isn't a good sign, so I'd say be prepared for the worst and hope for the bset. Crazier things have happened than someone bleeding and ending up carrying a baby to term, many women do it!

Yes it's normal to bleed after anything like that, sex, vaginal U/S, pelvic exam, etc. How badly were you bleeding before? Also, if you're not as far along as they think you are, it won't show much or a H/B.

LIGHT early bleeding is normal. Hope all is well, don't stress. That can make things worse.
