what were your pregnancy symptoms

Hey everyone, I just found out that I am pregnant and I am super excited even though it wasn't really planned.  I know a few people that have been pregnant recently, but I am just wondering what your symptoms were like in the beginning of your pregnancy.  I am just curious and want to know what to expect and such.  I have been feeling quite nautious, tired, and a little bit light headed which usuaully makes me get a headache.  I am barely even pregnant according to my doctor which is exciting and so I am just figured out why I have been so sluggish and sick feeling the last week or so.  What made you guys do the test, other then a missed period of course :)

thank you I am just trying to be a little bit prepared for what is coming and just trying to let everything kind of sink in because I wasn't really planning on having a baby yet I mean I am not even dating the dad anymore so it is all kind of a shock to my system.  And yes I plan to tell him he is just away for work this week and I don't want to tell him over a text message or phone call otherwise he would already know too.  Today when I put on my bra my boobs were a little sore but now they are ok again so hopefully it will stay that way the nausea and cramps along with the headaches are enough for me.  Honestly I knew I was pregnant like 2 days after we had sex and I know it is then that I got pregnant because other then that night we hadn't had sex in almost a month.  It is crazy how things just kind of happen.  Did any of you know right away, honestly I was sick to my stomach even just a few days after we had sex and I know for a lot of women it takes a lot longer.

With my first I was 16 so I was scared. I had a suspicion something wasnt right. lol
I walked into Bath and Body Works and the smell of the vanilla lotions made me gag. And that is my fav till this day. And my boobs were really sore.
With my 2nd I got a little bit of nausea but not much else.
With my 3rd, I had a little nausea but nothing like the previous two, but it was weird because I had a TON of energy.
With this one I had almost no nausea and I was tired all the time up until I was about 10 weeks, all the early symptoms went away but thats when the body aches and vericose veins showed up!! I agree with SWEETPEA. Everyone is different and if you don't have any symptoms it's normal, don't compare your symptoms to another woman's because our bodies are all different. And CONGRATS!!

Every one's body is different, so every one will experience different symptoms. You may or may not get all of the pregnancy symptoms and they will vary in severity. Also, every pregnancy is different, so what you experience with this pregnancy may be very different from your next pregnancy. It just depends on how your body reacts to the hormones.

hi i too got my BFP yesterday i was due my AF in the 3rd and it failed to arrive but i had the feeling she was gunna come tho i did a test and it was neg i was gutted and just took to expecting to see her anytime now anyway my bbs wich are naturally big felt bigger and hurt loads nips slightly sore but breast more than them i tested on 2nd day late  and still neg :( i was confused so on 3rd day no af still i decided to take the family to seaside to see my mum and on the 4th day (yesterday )i did another and there it was my BFPgee it feels good to beable to say that lol BFP,BFP,BFP I GOT A BFPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP  HAPPY &HEALTHY 9 MONTHS MUMMIES XXXX

My nipples arent really that sensitive is that normal? Thank you for replying by the way, I went out for a bike ride and decided maybe that isnt the greatest idea... I didnt go as far as I normally do but I was light headed and had a headache and quite bad cramps in my stomach after but they went away shortly after is that normal if you over do it? Usually I go much further then I did last night though I was quite confused

Definatly the fatiue was the most prevalant symptom, it was really touch with work but it improved a lot in the second trimester.
I also had sensitive nipples, hungry/thirsty constantly. I had no morning sickness which was awesome.

First of all, Congrats!!
My symptoms were sore nipples and being extremely tired and slightly nauseous. That always made me test and it was positive when I felt that way. As a couple of weeks passed, I would get horrible all day sickness and vomiting and it would last until I was in my 5th month. Everyone is different, so you may or may not get morning sickness. Just be sure you are drinking plenty of fluids and don't over-do it if you are really tired.
