I'm thinking about getting my membrane stripped at 41 weeks. But other then that I'm gonna try to wait it out as long as possible.

There's really no such thing as "overdue" your due date is just a estimated time for the the baby to arrive. It may be off track , the baby already has there natural due date. So I would say let the lil one do his/her thing and bake till he's/she's ready !. :)

And getting induced tomorrow night!
If your 40 weeks and baby is healthy I say why
not?! you will get to see your beautiful baby sooner.
My husband has to work all the time so giving birth
right now would be perfect for Daddy since hes finally off so him and daughter can bond rather then him only have just one day off with her...and me :)

I'd induce sooner than later! 39 weeks is all you really need, at 42 weeks you run the risk of not enough nutrients or oxygen for baby due to placental insufficiency.

Get those babies out! Especially ladybeely! Daddy has to go back to work but def needs some time with that baby! So jealous ladies! Issill have 9 weeks to go! My doctor thankfully will not let you go past 40 weeks. I'm getting induced at 39 weeks due to family situations! I have two friends around me, 1 is a week over due today and the other is due on the 30th, I need them to hurry up and give birth I need my baby fix!! Lol other then them to me abd my sister are going to be a week apart according to her due date and my induction, then behind me follows 5 more friends due between July- November! My town is going to be full of babies!

I think once you are 40 weeks baby has had all the growing time it needs.. as far as i know and im a ftm but my midwife has said that its your body that decides when baby comes out.. hence early or late babies.. its not the baby itself that goes oh im ready now ill start up labour... so i say get induced! If baby is full term and healthy then why not :)
Or maybe im just not as patient to wait 42 weeks

I'm due today but don't see my doctor until the freaking 18th & I have to get an ultrasound! I hope he comes on his own!

I see my doc on Monday and I was due yesterday too, but since he wasnt in the office I have to wait til mon to set the date. If I set it earlier then my bf can get back to work.  The longer i put it off, the longer he loses hrs at work since baby could come at any time theyve been working shorter days. But id rather she have the time she needs to grow so idk either.

My due date was yesterday and the doctor set the date for Wednesday. Im not sure if I should tell him I want to wait for him to come on his own. Im still comfortable so I wouldnt mind but everyone else wants him here now :/ I don't know what to do
