which water is best in pregnancy

ok i know this may sound stupid

i used to only drink fizzy drinks, but since i've learn't there's a baby on board, i have cut it out
know im not sure if the water im drinking is ok, i don't like tap water, so have stocked up on bottled mineral water

my question is,  is mineral water safe to drink in pregnancy?

I don't see why not.  The fizzy waters are ok too as long as they don't have sugar.  You might want to try regular water with lemon or lime juice.  Or even mixed with a little bit of sugar free kool-aid/lemonade.  Just a suggestion.
