Think depends where your from. I'm glasgow scotland and my wee man was born 35+1 they will give you 2 injections to make sure lungs are developed more maturely

Maybe not. I went into preterm labour with my son at 34wks and they said they wouldn't stop it because I had preeclamplsia and my body had had enough. They gave baby steroid injections and everything but 12hrs later labour stopped by itself and he was delivered a week later by csection. This time I went into preterm labour at 27wks and am still in the hospital and they just keep stopping it and said they will until I'm either 37wks or when my body has had enough.

My hospital will not stop labor past 36w because the lungs are developed by then. Also after 36w there is less of a chance of the baby having to be in the nicu.
