Yes I worked out at the gym untill I was 5 months almost 6 and I'd walk a lot do light lifting but I stoped going because I always would go hardcore and couldn't do it anymore so I go bored lol but I still do squats every other day while I watch tv and I go on long walks :-)
Yes! I had even been running while 8 months pregnant. N I still do squats n walk, u should be fine! :)
yes :) i do squats like crazy since thats all i can really do lol. i read it even helps with delivery of the baby.
