I would wait until I had my 6 week check up and got the release from my OB
Your body will let you know when it's time to start working out again.
I feel you I'm in the same position but been very tired lately and can't do cross fit while pregnant but I have friends that said the recovers a month or two months after pregnancy and started working out again .
