working out?

I  had my baby boy December 5th and I did not have any tears, no stitches needed. How long do I have to wait before I can start exercising.

Yes, I agree.  You have that post baby appointment and that is when you usually get a green light to go back to 'normal' life.  You can probably walk now though or do light arm weights (like 5 pounds or under).  Don't want to 'tell' you though that you can do this as it is best to have doctor approval.  good luck

listen to your body..  you will know when... if you're in pain.. wait it out.  Or just two weeks.. but take it slow && work your way up.... you're restarting... do you can't just start where you left off... you might hurt yourself
