workout ???
I had a csection 2 months ago and my Dr told me I can go back to the gym and do whatever type of exercise i want but im not too shure about that... I know i cant lift anything heavy but can Run, zumba, etc?
If he says you can do any type you want and if you feel like your up for it then I say go for it.
