worried abt sleep cycle

Currently I m studying masters in dentistry n hv a baby of 2 months old..n got to re- join my course frm march 1st.bt my baby's sleep cycleisbothering me..she sleeps at day time n b awake at ni8 time..don't undrstnd how to manage studies n baby?

Oh, and when you get up with her at night, keep the lights dim or only use a night light if possible and try not to talk to her so much so she knows that its time to rest.

Try spacing out feedings at night so your little one will sleep longer. You can also start to establish a nighttime routine at this age. For example, start with a bath, change into pj's, feed and burp while playing soft soothing music, and a little cuddle time before laying down. A tip also is to lay baby down while she is groggy but not yet asleep so she gets used to falling asleep on her own. Hope this helps!

It cut off....
Disrupt my study. If you are doing it all on campus then just hang in there, she is only 2 months, around the 3rd month they begin to sleep a better routine. I used to work at a daycare centre :)

I'm studying my bachelor's of education, I'm doing it long distance and thankfully all practical work is next year. If you r doing any of it from home then I suggest studying around your baby. I'm due in 2 weeks so even the delivery is going to distrupt my
