worried..!! am i pregnant ...

hello .. well ..this might sound very stupid and just paranoia...but m very worried i could be pregnant .. me nad my bf hav not had sex yet we decided to wait ..but we do like to pleasure each other .. well we were fooling around and he started rubbing his penis on my vigina (there was no penetration or ejaculation) but m sure there was pre-*** ..probl. is  m not sure when it happened but i think about 10 days max. after my periode .. he had not ejaculated before (he always urinats after ejaculation anyway)... i started having very bad cramps in my lower abdomine and i noticed i had more discharged then usual (and it was very white and milky like for one day) and i urinated about 13 times 2 days ago ... my lower stomach had been rumbling  for a couple days ...
   my pms isnt do for another week .. but m very worried !
any help would be very appreciated .. thank u !

even if there is pre-*** you can still get pregnant. it contains sperm (even though not as much as when he actually ejaculates) like losing said just wait and take a test.

my only suggestion is to wait 2 or 3 days and take a test.
