yikes!!

So I am having these weird stomach pains. This is my second child so I know what a contraction feels like but they are not very long and there's not a whole lot of time between them (3-5 minutes) I feel like I HAVE to poop and managed to once but the feeling won't go away has anyone else had this problem? I'm 37w3d

I see my Dr Thursday I wonder if I'd be OK to.wait if my contractions don't get close together or my water doesn't break or anything?

I am also 37 weeks and experiencing the same. I saw my doctor on it, the cervical exam caused bleeding, but she said I was effacing and starting to dilate. She thought early labor and cramps were perfectly normal for early labor/false labor. She said it could be a matter or days or weeks... Not too helpful, but ia very normal. But if it continues and or gets worse, call your doctor. She said this ia how some woman's labor begins or how their contractions feel.
