@momma, no I can still go at the same pace. I am a pretty fit person so my endurance hasn't changed.
I just did it once a week for an hour until about 32 weeks. I made sure to stay active because I didn't want pains or anything later in my pregnancy
How are you doing those fancy letters?
I was told not to do anything your body was not used to with out easing into it. My doc told me i could excerise until I wanted to quit. He said if I did it up until I gave birth that that was fine. But I have a normal healthu pregnancy good luck :)

Ill bee very cautious just want to be moving around doing something back hurts when i do nothing at all.
Ob recommended it for me because I did crossfit training pre pregnancy. As long as your pregnancy is healthy there is no problem. Of course as you get further along jumping will not be good but just keep moving. I'm 20 wks and been doing zumba with toning since day one i'm fine.
Hummm im not sure....im not convinced of the stability of babies while ur moving/jumping around.....I would be cautious
I did zumba while pregnant :) Nothing wrong with it :)

Yes, zumba is just the same as an other cardio exercise. If you haven't been working out take it slow and ease into it. Zumba is a great fun full body work out. I know many friends that have done is during their pregnancy as well as 4 instructions that did it till the week before birth.
You should be fine doing zumba as long as your pregnancy is normal. Exercise is good while.pregnant as.long as you don't push yourself to hard
That to me does not seem like something you should do. I don't really understand why you would want to be doing zumba while pregnant...
