Hi there!

A PSA level of 3.58 is well within the normal range, however if considered on the higher side by your urologist, you could take a short antibiotic course and get the PSA levels repeated and if still high, consider getting free PSA levels done. You may like to discuss the situation with your treating urologist.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!

Dr.
I have already had a battery of Antibiotic.  It only changed it a little.  I am thinking of waiting 4-6 months and having the check done again.  You mentioned free PSA testing.  Where can I have that done?
Thanks,
Tyler

When you have your PSA done just ask them to do a free PSA as well.

You should read up on PSA and free PSA testing...nothing seems to provide definitive answers to the question of what to do.  Suggest you read the book entitled  ..The Invasion of the Prostate Snatchers....  co- written by a physician and a man with PC.  Very informative.
