What are these pains?

I'm a 15 year old and for the past 5 hours, I've been having these sharp pains in my left testicle which come and go. I'm not sure what it is. It isn't 'I want to die' painful but it is still quite painful. I masturbate regularly if that contributes to this. After reading online, I've only found that I may have testicular torsion and now I feel very worried. I'm very new to this forum so I posted it in 'Prostate Cancer'.

The pain lasts from 2 seconds to 10 seconds and comes at random moments. I am very worried. Please help as I dont want to become infertile.

Hi, from my experience being male, masturbating can cause testicle injury from banging your hand on them during the act. Try to stop masturbating for a week  so any injury can heal. And if that does not help then have a doctor check you out. Unless your very concerned now, see a doctor now.
