Hello and welcome to the forum.

Although VSDs can lead to pulmonary hypertension, in your case, it likely has not (and likely will not) given its small or "restrictive" size.  However, this should most definitely be thoroughly evaluated by an expert cardiologist.

A more appropriate forum for this question is probably in the general cardiology or heart disease forum.

Wishing you all the best,

Dr. Rich
