I have an indentation in my back with a lot of pain...what could be other causes?

Firstly Prior to my car accident in September I was a healthy 33 y/o mom of one. Mmm where do I start...so many things...numbness toes/feet mainly left side. Left knee numbness. Numbness on right shoulder and in both hands from time to time. Chronic pain the seems to radiate from my thoracic spine area. I’ve had one round of cortisone shots that didn’t do much and take antidepressants and others meds for the pain. Not much help either. My right arm feels weak and at times I can’t bear the weight of my chest, head, and right arm. Most of pain is on the right. Most of numbness is on the left. My fiancé noticed a dent in my back near my spine where it hurts the most...the right. I have researched that cortisone shot can cause dimples in skin. He told me he saw it prior to my shots but wasn’t as noticeable as it is now. Feeling more strain like fatigue just from chewing and swallowing. Spasms daily. Some very painful. Once it felt as if I was going to have a heart attack. I had some xrays, a ct, and a mri of my lumbar and Cervical spine but not the thoracic...nearer to the beginning. The symptoms progressed as time goes on. In pain everyday. I have another appointment tomorrow and I just would like some ideas as to what you guys may think it is. Prior to the accident I was very active and on the go. Now I’m slow and stiff and can’t life my little one often due to the pain. Recently I’m having more issues even finding a comfortable position. So far I’ve gotten whiplash, CRPS, and myofascial pain syndrome. Thank you.
